Isaac is a natural when it comes to the horticulture industry. As a second-generation grower, he learned
first-hand what it takes to run a nursery. His parents, who owned and operated Rosales nursery in
Thermal, Ca for over 15 years, instilled in him a passion and work ethic that would make him the grower
he is today.
Isaac, a Coachella Valley born and raised resident, attended College of the Desert where he attained his
Associates in Ornamental Horticulture. He continued his education at Cal Poly Pomona where he
received his bachelor’s degree in Plant science.
Isaac also has experience in the landscape industry from working as the Grounds Supervisor for 6 years
at Eldorado Country Club. This position allowed him to gain insight of what the consumer looks for when
seeking plants and has been able to apply those to his standards when growing.
Together, he and his wife Ashley, who also has a Bachelor’s degree in Plant Science, have learned to
navigate through the horticulture industry. They work hard to be on top of the game by attending trade
shows, and never stop learning and listening to make sure their customers needs are met.
